How to reach us
The fastest way to secure an appointment is the booking form — we respond within one business day and will confirm your stylist, service, and time slot by email. If you'd prefer to talk through your colour goals before committing to a date, call us during salon hours: Tuesday to Friday 10 am–8 pm, Saturday 9 am–6 pm. We're closed Sundays and Mondays. For colour consultations specifically, you can request a complimentary 15-minute video call — just mention it in the message field and we'll send you a calendar link.

Good to know before you visit
Arrive 5 minutes early
Chemical services start exactly on time. If you're running late, call ahead — we may need to adjust your service to protect the next client's appointment.
Wear a dark top
Colour work involves product that can stain light fabrics. We provide a cape, but loose necklines and dark clothing give you extra peace of mind during the session.
Payment options
We accept all major credit cards, debit, and Interac e-Transfer. A 50% deposit is required to hold colour appointments longer than two hours. Deposits are transferable with 48 hours' notice.
